For about 500g granola:
- 200g oats
- 110g nuts
- 80g maple syrup
- 70g coconut oil
- 40g coconut flakes
- 2.5g salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- 1g ground cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon)
About 30 minutes on 160 degrees or 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
Stir half way for even browning and press down for having clumps later on.
Let it be and cool completely after backing.
