For about 500g granola:
- 200g oats
- 100g nuts
- 100g maple syrup
- 70g coconut oil
- 30g coconut flakes
- 2.5g salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- 1g ground cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon)
Directions:
- About 30 minutes on 160 degrees or 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
- Stir half way for even browning and press down for having clumps later on.
- Let it be and cool completely after backing to ensure clumps.
Notes:
25 minutes on 170 degrees was too long. The recipe was also not wet enough and not sweet enough. Will try 100g maple syrup instead of 80g next time.
